I retired after 37 years in EMS and Emergency Management & Homeland Security, starting as an Army Medic and culminating as an Emergency Services Coordinator. My passion is working with my fellow Veterans and First Responders as a Mental Health Advocate, having been diagnosed with PTSD and having a suicide attempt myself. My hope is to help others dealing with stress and trauma.
